A cat had to be rescued by the fire department in Jakarta, Indonesia after getting trapped underneath a drain cover.<br /><br />Footage from July 5 shows the arduous rescue operation where the authorities had to prise open the drain covering and search for the cat.<br /><br />It was reported the cat's cries were heard by a passerby after it had been missing for over a week.<br /><br />The cat has now been returned safely to its owner.
