코로나 `혈장치료제` 임상시험…완치자 혈장으로 내주 생산<br /><br />South Korea plans to start clinical trials of a plasma treatment for COVID-19.<br />KCDC deputy director Kwon Jun-wook said Saturday that authorities procured plasma samples from 171 recovered patients which is enough to begin human testing.<br />Speaking at a regular briefing,... Kwon said the treatment would be produced the following week and clinical trials will follow shortly.<br />The official also confirmed there were 35 new cases of COVID-19 in the country as of midnight,... bringing the total to 13-thousand-three-hundred-and-seventy-three.<br />Twenty were local community infections. The remaining 15 were imported.<br />The death toll stands at two-hundred-and-eighty-eight, with no additional cases reported.<br />
