北, "코로나19 비상방역체제 강화...국경•해안 엄격 봉쇄"<br /><br />North Korea has strengthened its national emergency disease preventive measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<br />One of the regime's state-run newspapers, the Rodong Sinmun, reported Monday that the North still has the border closed and their water supply is being closely monitored.<br />Goods that come in through ports and train stations must pass an inspection and meet disease prevention requirements in order to be let in.<br />It adds the North is educating its people about COVID-19 so they can report themselves to hospitals if they experience symptoms.<br />The report added that medical facilities will conduct checkups on the public and on students over the summer vacation as part of its COVID-19 prevention measures.<br />
