Shocking footage captured a man hanging a child off a vertical cliff on the side of a road to take photos in China.<br /><br />The video was filmed in Beijing on July 12 and provided by local media with permission.<br /><br />A man was heard saying: "He (the man) even shakes his hands which are holding the child."
