Rafal Trzaskowski concedes defeat in Polish presidential election

The liberal mayor of Warsaw and defeated presidential contender, Rafal Trzaskowski, calls on winner, incumbent President Duda, to "free himself from his political party" and believes that his score of over 48% is a "message of hope".
