Just over 20 percent of men with prostate cancer tested positive for the human papilloma viruses.<br />The human papillomavirus, or HPV, is a very contagious but often symptomless disease.<br />The link suggests the viruses could cause a cancer that kills an estimated 30,000 American men annually.<br />The data shows the virus may play causal role in prostate cancer, as well as cervical cancer.<br />There is no cure for HPV but there are treatments available reports UPI.<br />Early detection is best so regular sexual health check ups are important for all adults.
