A cow that accidentally fell into a 100-foot-deep well was rescued by firefighters in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The incident took place in Edappadi of Salem district on July 13.<br /><br />Firefighters got into the well, tied up the cow and pulled it up using thick ropes.<br /><br />According to reports, villagers called firefighters after noticing the cow had descended into the well. Firefighters immediately rushed to the spot and rescued the cattle. <br /><br />The owner of the cow took it away uninjured, as there was water in the well, and the cow was floating till it was rescued.
