Heroic firefighters rescued a man in his 60s who got buried in mud after a landslide hit Liuyang City in southern China on July 10.<br /><br />The video shows firemen using tools and their barehands to dig the mud away and take the elderly man out of it.<br /><br />Since the old man became trapped in the middle of a muddy area and firefighters could not approach him, they smashed a hole in the wall to let the mud drain away first.<br /><br />They then used their bare hands to bring the elderly man to safety.<br /><br />The elderly man was sent to hospital for treatment, reports said.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
