문대통령, 내일 국회 개원연설 예정<br /><br />President Moon Jae-in will be giving a speech in parliament tomorrow... to mark the formal opening of the 21st National Assembly.<br />The opening ceremony comes almost 50 days since lawmakers started their new terms MUCH DELAYED due to wrangling over the distribution of standing committee chair posts.<br />President Moon had initially planned to address the parliament in early June.<br />He is expected to call for bipartisan efforts to overcome COVID-19... and legislative support for state tasks, such as the Korean New Deal initiative.<br />
