The Election Commission (EC) is prepared to face the possibility of an early 15th General Election (GE15), said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Takiyuddin Hassan.<br /><br />He said the preparations include budgeting, equipment, logistics, system development, human resource management and training for staff.
