국회, 오늘 제헌절 72주년 경축식…행사 규모는 축소<br /><br />South Korea is marking its 72nd Constitution Day on this Friday.<br />To mark the occasion, the National Assembly will hold a ceremony at 10 AM local time,…where Assembly speaker Park Byeong-seug will deliver speech under the theme of "National Assembly for the People and Tomorrow."<br />The event will be attended by Prime Minister Chung Se-kyun along with some 1-hundred-10 senior judiciary government officials and lawmakers.<br />However, in light of COVID-19, the event has been scaled down, omitting performances,…as well as making social distancing and face masks mandatory.<br />South Korea's constitution was promulgated on this day in 1948 based on open democracy.<br />It was last revised in 1987 after of decades of authoritarian rule.<br />
