As we all know, the virus hit Spain very hard, and I was not able to see my family for five months.

"Especially my mom was suffering very hard because we’re just not used to not seeing each other for so long since we are very, very close."

She continued: "As soon as I was allowed to leave Spain, I surprised my whole family and took the first plane from Barcelona to Nürnberg. I got home and tearfully surprised my two brothers and my dad before my mom came back from the hairdresser. When she got back, I called her on FaceTime from my brother's room.

"My twin sister was taking a video of my mom (acting like she’s taking pictures of her new hair). My mom was proudly showing me her new hair, so it took her a while to realize that the room I’m in looks pretty familiar, and as soon as she got it, it got priceless!"
