EU 정상들, 코로나19 이후 첫 대면회의…경제회복기금 이견 계속<br /><br />Leaders of the European Union held their first face-to-face summit since the COVID-19 crisis began over a proposed budget and recovery plan to lift the bloc hit by the pandemic.<br />During the Friday meeting in Brussels, the mask-wearing leaders failed to resolve their differences over whether the post-COVID package should be given as grants or loans.<br />The EU countries had agreed to launch a rescue package for European countries hit hard by the global crisis.<br />Pointing out significant differences among the leaders, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said she expects very difficult negotiations.<br />
