This is the moment a seven-year-old boy cried as firefighters cut away a bicycle ball bearing ring that was stuck on his finger.<br /><br />The youngster was sent to the hospital after he curiously put the metal casing on his finger but could not remove it.<br /><br />Doctors unsuccessfully used lubricants and a splint before calling the local rescue team for help in Krabi, southern Thailand.<br /><br />Footage shows one of the men carefully and slowly cutting the bearing ring away from the boy's finger while he was sobbing throughout the process.<br /><br />The boy's parents said that their son was careless and should learn from this mistake.<br /><br />The mother said: "I think it is normal for a child to be curious but they have to learn so they do not repeat the mistake again."
