Footage shows a delivery rider wriggling nervously after moving between two buses.<br /><br />In the video, the rider is seen approaching a tight curve at a highway in Quezon City, the Philippines on July 4 when the two speeding buses caught up with him and overtook him on the road simultaneously.<br /><br />The rider, who wanted to remain anonymous, claimed he saw two bus drivers that appeared to be racing with each other.<br /><br />He said: "I have already forwarded the video to the bus line companies so they can take proper action.<br /><br />"I hope everyone tries to be more careful when on the road because an accident can happen anytime."<br /><br />Buses in Metro Manila region are now allowed to operate with the more relaxed coronavirus quarantine guidelines.<br /><br />However, the Department of Transportation is implementing strict COVID-19 road-worthiness rules which means that not all of the vehicles will be able to drive.
