This Canadian dad saved the life of a sunfish when he caught it with a huge lamprey on it while handline fishing.<br /><br />The clip, filmed on July 17 in Quebec shows David Freiheit catching the sunfish before seeing the huge parasite sucking onto it.<br /><br />Freiheit explains in the video that the lamprey must be killed if seen because they are a parasite. <br /><br />"They are an invasive species that need to be eradicated, and I went into the house to show the children the horrific creature after the job was done. Suffice to say no one will be going swimming for a little while!" David told Newsflare.
