It can becooked in several ways.<br /><br />In order to make it healthy, we have not done deep frying of Chaap.. Also, we used Pure Olive Oil for shallow frying Chaap.. <br /><br />Ingredients for Soya Chaap:<br />1. 6 pieces Chaap (available in market in frozen form)<br />2. 3 Tablespoons Pure Olive Oil<br />3. 2 Big Tomatoes / टमाटर<br />4. 1 Capsicum/ शिमला मिर्च<br />5. 15-20 Paneer pieces/पनीर के टुकड़े<br />6. 2 Onions/प्याज<br />7. 1 Carrot/गाजर<br />8. Ginger /अदरक<br />9. White Vinegar/सफेद सिरका<br />10.
