A drone operator from Ocala, Florida spotted an American alligator and decided to fly incredibly close to the beast.<br /><br />Footage from July 17 shows the drone descending towards Lake Weir where the alligator is spotted hiding in between many lilypads.<br /><br />Drone pilot, Randall Taylor, told Newsflare: "Flying practice with my drone turned into nature photography."
