Armed personnel have been deployed in the Ukrainian city of Lutsk today (July 21) after around 20 people were taken hostage by a gunman on a bus.<br /><br />Footage shows what appears to be armed military or police officers with a dog unit in response to the situation.<br /><br />Local reports confirmed that gunshots were discharged on the bus.
