Heavy downpours have caused several districts in Bihar, India to become flooded.<br /><br />Footage shot on July 21 shows the extent of the floods with people wading through floodwater up to their midsections.<br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "The situation is worse in Seemanchal, Bihar as now the road connecting the towns has been flushed away."<br /><br />Thousands of villagers have been temporarily displaced, local administration and disaster management authorities are on high alert.
