Residents look on as several vehicles were swept away by deep floodwater in Vietnam on July 21.<br /><br />Continuous heavy rain caused flooding in the Ha Giang city area seeing the floodwater reaching one metre high.<br /><br />Thousands of cars have been swept away and houses have been flooded across the city. The estimated damaged caused by the flood is nearly $5 million.
