This was the moment an exhausted bird was given some water to rehydrate after temperatures soared in Georgia, USA on July 14.<br /><br />Footage shows the indigo bunting interacting with a caring father who offered some water for the heat exhausted creature.<br /><br />Local weather reports suggest that temperatures reached a height of 93 degrees Fahrenheit (34C).<br /><br />The filmer, named Cristian, told Newsflare: "My parents and I were house hunting in the summer where the temperatures were nearly triple digits and the humidity at nearly 60%. <br /><br />"Upon leaving the neighborhood, my father saw an indigo bunting that was sitting in front of an incomplete house. <br /><br />"It was barely moving, and when it would stumble and seem like it was going to trip. <br /><br />"My father grew up around animals from a very young age, so he was familiar with the situation. <br /><br />"He had a water bottle and poured some into the cap, and held it steady in front of the bird. <br /><br />"It slowly drank and eventually was able to hop away."
