Amanah MPs today equated ketuanan Melayu (Malay supremacy) to white supremacy, and warned that such sentiments could lead to future unrest.<br /><br />Warisan president Shafie Apdal also called on Malays to self-reflect, and not to blame other races if they are successful.<br /><br />Speaking in the Dewan Rakyat, Amanah president Mohamad Sabu (Harapan-Kota Raja) said white supremacy sentiments fanned by US President Donald Trump had triggered chaotic protests throughout the United States.<br /><br />Mohamad warned that ketuanan Melayu could also lead to this.
