기상청, 경상도와 전라도 지역 등... 전국 호우주의보 발효<br /><br />Let's start with the inclement weather we are dealing with in South Korea at the moment.<br />Heavy monsoon rain is continuing to drench Seoul and much of the rest of the country.<br />The Korea Meteorological Administration has issued heavy rain warnings for the Jeolla-do provinces, Chungcheong-do provinces, Gangwon-do Province and other regions.<br />The agency forecasts that Seoul will see up to 50 millimeters an hour.<br />Officials are urging people to stay safe on the roads and expressways as the rain will be accompanied by thunder and lightning.<br />
