A croissant is a buttery, flaky, crescent-shaped roll made of layered yeast-leavened dough, it was originated in Austria. Although croissants are puffy, they're dissimilar from puff pastry. These flaky n buttery Croissants will melt your heart with its taste.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Croissants dough as required <br />White cheese 1 cup<br />Shredded carrots 2 medium size <br />Egg white of 1 egg<br />Ginger and garlic paste 1/4 tsp<br /><br />Croissants Recipe:<br /><br />Mix white cheese, carrots, black pepper in a bowl.<br />Roll out dough into a large rectangle. (Important Note: Keep the dough in the fridge for 15 mins before rolling)<br />Using Cutter slice triangles all over your dough.<br />Roll these triangle slices a little & egg wash before putting the mixture in it and tightly roll up into a crescent shape, make sure to keep tip underneath. <br />Brush your croissants with egg wash.<br />Once the oven is heated, bake your croissants for 30 mins at 180°C (or 360°F).<br />Crispy, healthy, delicious croissants are ready to eat after they are cool down for 15 mins on a cool rack.<br /><br />(Note: We had already taught Croissant Dough Recipe separately in details before.
