Typhoon Hagupit brought strong winds to eastern China after it made landfall at around 3:30 a.m. on August 4.<br /><br />The video, filmed in the city of Yueqing in Zhejiang Province, shows the winds thrashing the sea waves and blowing away a three-wheeler along a road.<br /><br />Trees fell down on street and rescuers were seen evacuating the residents after their houses collapsed.<br /><br />Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
