A massive fireball broke out above a northern Chinese city after a lightning bolt struck high-voltage power lines.<br /><br />The shocking video, shot in the city of Shenyang in Liaoning Province on August 3, shows a ball of fire suddenly emerging in the air near residential blocks with a loud explosive sound.<br /><br />A woman was heard saying: "what's happening?" While a man said: "What is that?
