The destruction caused by a tornado was unveiled as the sun rose in Suffolk, Virginia on August 4.<br /><br />A tornado reportedly passed through the area seeing dozens of trees splinter and scatter across the city's roads.<br /><br />Eastern Virginia and northeast North Carolina have been put on tornado watch as Hurricane Isaias makes it way up America's east coast.<br /><br />Wakefield's National Weather Service tweeted: "A radar-confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado is on the ground and moving toward Downtown Suffolk, Va! If you live in/near Suffolk or know someone who does, take shelter immediately!"
