Delaware City, Delaware, experienced a power outage on Tuesday (August 4), when a powerline burst into flames during the Tropical Storm Isaias.<br /><br />"As the line was popping our service inside our home was restored," the filmer said. "The line was sparking and eventually caught fire. After a few minutes the line burst, leaving a downed wire and caused additional sparks on different segments of the power line."
