Mumbai residents were forced to wade through waist-high floodwater as the heaviest rainfall since 2005 was dumped on the city.<br /><br />Footage from August 4 shows locals attempting to cross roads completely submerged by the historic rain.<br /><br />According to reports, Mumbai suffered its heaviest rainfall since 2005 causing the city's trains to stop running.<br /><br />There is extensive waterlogging in the city and floodwaters have entered houses in Kandivali and other low-lying areas.
