US river bursts banks after Tropical Storm Isaias sweeps through Philadelphia

Tropical Storm Isaias has made its way on a northern trajectory bringing heavy rainfall and deluging in parts of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.<br /><br />Footage from August 4 shows the Cobbs Creek river bursting its banks after the storm surge.
