Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was reportedly released from house arrest on Sunday.<br />Within hours of his release, the artist released both a new single, "Punani," and a music video for it.<br />Tekashi 6ix9ine whose real name is Daniel Hernandez was released in April from federal prison.<br />His release from the federal prison came just months before he would have completed a 2-year sentence.<br />Hernandez was allowed to complete his sentence at home due to his asthma placing him at increased risk for coronavirus.<br />The 24-year-old was sentenced late last year after pleading guilty to charges related to gang activity in New York.
