A 13ft long python was seen lying in the middle of the road with its mouth wide open waiting for a victim.<br /><br />Resident Thanawat Warnna, 23, heard his dog barked at something strange that had been slowly crawling on road in front of his house in Trang, southern Thailand on July 31.<br /><br />He was shocked when he rushed outside and saw the deadly snake slowly moving as its mouth was wide-open.<br /><br />Reptile catcher Wutthichai Phonpernsook arrived and grabbed the python with his bare hands.<br /><br />Thanawat said: "I was quite confused about my dog barking at something at night. I was more shocked when I saw the snake, it was so big."<br /><br />Volunteers later drove the python to nearby woodland where it was unfurled from the sack and released.
