If you're looking to enjoy a steaming hot plate of delicious Poha today then we at POPxo have got you covered. <br /><br />Watch today's episode of POPxo Yummy to know how can you make delicious Poha at home.<br /><br />Step 1) Take 2 cups of Poha in a bowl<br />Step 2) Rinse the Poha in plain water<br />Step 3) Add 2 tbsp oil in a hot pan and roast 2 tbsp peanuts.<br />Step 4) Add 1 boiled potato and mix. <br />Step 5) Add 2 tbsp oil in a separate pan and add 1 tsp mustard seeds.<br />Step 6) Add 2-3 green chillies, 6-7 curry leaves, 1 chopped onion and mix.<br />Step 7) Add salt to taste and the potato and peanut mix. <br />Step 8) Add the soaked poha to the pan. <br />Step 9) Add 1/2 tsp turmeric and mix. <br />Step 10) Serve hot and enjoy.
