A zoo in eastern China served watermelon and ice cubes to animals to help them cope in the high temperatures.<br /><br />In the video, shot in the city of Nantong in Jiangsu Province on August 3, white tigers were seen licking on ice cubes, while monkeys and hippos were feeding on watermelon.<br /><br />The temperature reportedly reached 35 degrees Celcius in the city.
