Environment Canada said a tornado touched down in Manitoba on Friday (August 7th) evening.<br /><br />It was reported the twister hit near Scarth, Man. around 8 p.m. local time, which is about 16 kilometres south of Virden.<br /><br />A video captured by stormchaser Jordan Carruthers showed the twister swirling violently along Highway 83.
