Scores of protesters joined a silent "anti-corruption" rally in the Russian city of St Petersburg today (August 8th).<br /><br />The rally, which wasn't sanctioned by the authorities, was said to be in support of the Russian far eastern city of Khabarovsk which has seen a wave of anti-government protests in recent weeks.
