In a push for self-reliance, the defence ministry has decided to put an embargo on the import of 101 key defence items. India is taking a big step for Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh tweeted import of 101 items has been banned, that will be taken up by domestic industry within five to seven years.
