The alert was a false alarm, which overstated the magnitude of a smaller temblor, the Meteorological Agency said.<br /><br />The filmer, Minori, told Newsflare: "I went there with my friend to have fun. I was surprised when the alarm sounded, but everyone listened to the cast's instructions without any fuss. <br /><br />"The alarm lasted under five minutes, and no one was injured. There wasn't any shaking caused by the earthquake."
