IMF “한국, 전 세계 집값 상승률 63개국 중 37위<br /><br />Despite the raging controversy at home, the annual increase in housing prices in South Korea is actually in the lower ranks compared to other countries.<br />In its quarterly report on housing prices in 63 countries, the IMF says 45 saw an increase, including South Korea, but South Korea was only the 37th highest.<br />The Philippines saw the biggest jump, followed by Portugal, Latvia, and Hungary.<br />Countries that saw the biggest decrease in housing prices were Ukraine, Serbia, and Turkey.<br />However, the index for South Korea does not fully reflect skyrocketing apartment prices in Seoul as it covers the entire country.<br />
