A former Perak civil servant who was charged for accepting bribes last month has been slapped with three additional charges of receiving RM108,000 as bribes at an Ipoh Sessions Court.<br /><br />Herman Ibrahim, 45, a former officer with the state secretariat’s cultural office, pleaded not guilty to all three charges under Section 165 of the Penal Code before Judge S.
