Kaw Mei Yen was charged under the Child Act with neglecting seven-month-old Cheah Kai Wen, who was under her care, and that this ultimately caused his death.<br /><br />She was said to have committed the offence between July 26 and Sept 19 at her Apartment Nova 2, Taman Sri Sinar, unit in Segambut.
