A nightclub DJ, who posted a video on Facebook, ranting about the police, was charged at a magistrate's court in Kuala Lumpur for driving under the influence.<br />Ooi Kok Wei, 31, was accused of having 84mg of alcohol content in 100ml blood, which is 4mg more than the permissible content.
