A doctor was charged on Thursday at the Butterworth Sessions Court for issuing fake medical certificates to drivers renewing their Public Service Vehicle licences.<br />Dr Teaw Sock Boey allegedly issued the certificate in order to deceive the Road Transport Department (JPJ) into processing the driver's vehicle licence.
