Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi told Gerakan that the Penang floods is a sign from God that the time has come for Barisan Nasional to retake the state.<br />Dr Ahmad Zahid said this in his speech when opening Gerakan's 46th National Delegates Conference in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
