North Korean Kim Chol had difficulty breathing due to low cholinesterase enzyme in his body and this led to his death, the High Court heard.<br />Hospital Kuala Lumpur pathology department medical officer Dr Nur Suraya Jamalludin testified that Kim Chol had 344 unit per litre of cholinesterase, which was considered very low.
