Activist Wong Chin Huat, who broke the embargo set by Parliament over the Election Commission's redelineation report, will not be facing a fine from the Dewan Rakyat Speaker.<br />Tan Sri Pandikar Amin however said those who want action taken on the leaks should lodge police reports.
