MCA’s president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai described the attitude showed by Johor and Selangor respective governments as polar opposite when it comes to Chinese education.<br /><br />He said this after officiating the groundbreaking ceremony at SJKC Sim Mow Yu in Johor on Sunday.
