A new study shows that practicing yoga is an effective treatment for generalized anxiety disorder.<br />According to the study, more than half of patients who practiced Kundalini yoga responded well to therapy.<br />Kunlandi Yoga includes movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting.<br />Researchers however said that cognitive-behavioral therapy was effective for more patients.<br />According to UPI, both approaches were more effective than stress education.
