Penang MCA chief Datuk Tan Teik Cheng expressed disappointment that Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng would not engage in a public debate with MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong regarding the Penang undersea tunnel project.<br /><br />Tan said that at a talk titled ‘Political Talks on Penang’s Truth’ held in Bagan, Penang Friday night.
